Mobile & Stationary Machinery
Exhaust-gas after treatment for mobile machinery
It’s not only road traffic that’s responsible for pollutant emissions: diesel engines used in industrial trucks, diggers, Generators and other industrial applications also pollute the atmosphere.
Solutions for retrofitting
In order to cut the pollutant emissions of mobile machinery, HJS via Cybrand offers modular diesel particulate filter systems specifically for these applications. The economical and environmentally sound solutions have proven themselves many times over, and are certified in Switzerland under the VERT approval list.
Exhaust-gas after treatment stationary applications
Many of today’s stationary applications, such as power generating sets or stand-alone heating and power plants, are driven by diesel engines. Cybrand manufactures Industrial Silencers for such applications and have found that various measures have been, and are being introduced at both the international and national level to reduce the emission of pollutants at source.
In Germany, the "TA Luft" (or Clean Air Act) incorporated in the Federal German Pollution Control Act (BImSchG) regulates the use of industrial and commercial facilities: it lays down emissions limits and ambient air quality standards. It is only a matter of time before similar legislation is applied in the UK.
To enable the statutory requirements to be complied with in future, exhaust-gas after treatment systems will have to be used in conjunction with stationary applications. Depending on the emission level of the engine in question, particulate filter and denox systems (SCR) will have to be installed on their own or in combination.

HJS manufactures high-quality, environmentally friendly, economical and tailored solutions for stationary applications with an engine power output of up to 560 kW (systems for higher power ratings on request). These can be integrated in to Industrial Silencer systems manufactured by Cybrand.
